May I seek out laughter as much as I can, for as long as I can.
When was the last time you laughed so deeply that it felt like your soul was exhaling—a release so profound it left you lighter, freer, and more whole? In what ways can you intentionally cultivate environments, relationships, or practices that invite healing laughter—a laughter that restores and reconnects?
