How might you cultivate an awareness of the small, sacred moments in your day—those fleeting but potent sparks of joy that remind you of your wholeness? In what ways can you shift your mindset to see joy not as a destination or event to anticipate, but as a posture, a rhythm, or a way of moving through the ordinary?
