May I remember that I have a say in being well and having joy.
What fears or beliefs might still be holding you back from fully embracing the truth that you have a say in your own well-being? How can you gently challenge those thoughts with grace and self-compassion?
As you reflect on your progress thus far, do you truly desire to live in the fullness of joy, even when it feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable?
