Today’s Meditation is:
May I always remember that I have my breath.
When you slow down and connect with your breath, what do you notice about the sensations in your body?Is there a place within you that resists this act of stillness, perhaps a voice or feeling that questions your right to rest and breathe fully? How might allowing yourself a full, deep breath open a pathway to joy, even in the midst of difficulty?
