May I take the needed actions to protect my joy.
What are the small, often overlooked moments in your daily life that can bring you joy? What new joys can you create? (Like Thanksgiving 3 weeks early! 🤣) And when you locate/access joy, how do you protect it? Consider what boundaries, practices, or words you might need to stand firm in when opposition or resistance comes.
